Labor Day Weekend.....

This weekend was a fun filled one! On Friday night my old roommate Jen came from Logan to celebrate my birthday. We went to Red Robin for dinner and then watched a movie with a couple of my other girlfriends. It was very fun to see her and to enjoy her company. I sure do miss her and our times together!

On Saturday we ended up going boating at Jordanelle! It was a very last minute thing that I almost didn't go on, but it was tons of fun! Tyler got his company boat and we had a blast! We tubed, skied, and wake boarded.

Kenzie crashed on the tub on the last run and we ended up in the ER with her after we got home as she continued to get worse as the night went on. We spent a good hour and a half with her in the hospital getting cheacked out and luckily in the end there wasn't anything seriously wrong with her, which we were all glad about! While we were there I was asked a few time if I was her mother. After about the 3rd time I said. "What do I look that old!?!?" I think that I shocked a few of the hospital staff but come on, get real there is no way that I could be her mother! It was funny! She is doing much better now!!

Sunday was spent doing the regular stuff. On Sunday night we played games as a going away for one of ours friends who is moving. It was raining the entire time I was gone and when I returned home it had flooded parts of my front room. I spent a good 45 minuted trying to get the water out and draining so that I could go to bed!

Labor Day I slept in!!! It was so nice to take it easy and rest my VERY sore muscles from boating! A few of my girlfriends and I went to lunch at Applebee's to see our friend who was working. And then we headed shopping at Kohl's. I got a very cute shirt or in the words of Tyler a "hot new shirt" and a couple sweaters! I loved the shirt so much that I went online and ordered a few more in different colors! All in all it was a fun weekend!
